Orders placed through thirukuppusamy.com can be cancelled at no charge if we have not yet begun preparing your food. Because most orders enter preparation within a few minutes of being placed, please call us at (817) 532-8591 as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If preparation has already started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or arrives in unacceptable condition, contact us at (817) 532-8591 or tkuusa1960@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Please include your order number. We will, at our discretion, remake the affected items or issue a full or partial refund.
If a delivery order is not delivered, or is delivered to the wrong address through no fault of the customer, we will issue a full refund of the order total including any delivery fee.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card. We process refunds within 2 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account. We do not issue cash refunds for card orders.
Completed orders that were prepared correctly and picked up or delivered as ordered are not eligible for refund. Gratuities are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
