This policy describes how Kumar Foods LLC ("we", "us"), operator of thirukuppusamy.com, collects and uses personal information when you use our website to place an order.
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (for delivery orders), your order contents, and any delivery instructions you provide. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view on our site.
We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code on our systems. Card payments are processed by our PCI DSS compliant payment processor, which handles your card data directly. We receive only confirmation of payment and a masked reference such as the last four digits and the card brand.
We use your information to prepare and fulfill your order, contact you about that order, process payment, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional messages.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor, our online ordering and point-of-sale platform, and delivery providers when you select delivery. These parties may use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the ordering flow may stop working.
We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and to meet legal, tax, and chargeback-response obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to a text message. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing tkuusa1960@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
